Hood Tank is the hood’s version of Shark Tank — where hustlers and OGs come together to share game, wisdom, and resources while breaking bread at a dinner-style table. Because those who eat together, break bread together.
 

Each episode features four hustlers pitching their hustle, vision, or business idea to four OGs from the community. Every conversation center on a real-life topic that builds knowledge, confidence, and strategy.
 

Hood Tank is where creativity meets community, and survival turns into success.

2025 marks our first-ever Hood Tank series — the start of something big. Our goal is to take Hood Tank all the way to the big screen and become an official game show that celebrates the brilliance of the hood and the power of collaboration.

4. Leadership
    

During each episode, hustlers and OGs also play fun, insightful games that help everyone understand the night’s topic in a real and relatable way.
 

1. Four Hustlers – Compete for the #1 spot.
    
2. Four OGs – Guide, mentor, and support.
    
3. The Table – Where wisdom, connection, and creativity meet.
    
4. The Winner – Earns the chance to join the OG table next season.
    

Each hustler receives a stipend, professional headshots, community connections, and mentorship opportunities.
Throughout the show, hustlers also earn Hood Tank Bucks — points that represent hustle, creativity, and teamwork. The hustler with the most Hood Tank Bucks wins!
If there’s a tie, it’s time for a Hood Tank Standoff — because there can only be one winner.
 

Hood Tank was created to help our people use what they’ve got to get what they want — to turn survivor skills into striving skills.
The hood is full of natural-born creators, innovators, and dreamers. Hood Tank is the armor that moves through the hood — protecting, uplifting, and empowering entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives from our communities.
We all learn from one another. In Hood Tank, we live by this: we’re all a teacher and a student.
 

Every OG who sits at the Hood Tank table receives their official “Stamp of Approval.”
It’s more than a symbol — it’s a mark of honor, respect, and commitment to the movement.
